The staff was very helpful and accommodating. They packed our belongings and placed them as we had them in the previous room. This place feels like staying in a big family house, very warming. Breakfast was provided and it was excellent every day.

The TV in the room did not work. Dinner was very overpriced and not what I ordered. I experienced little or sometimes no water, so the hot tub was pointless..

Djamel helped us very well. He answered questions and arranged taxis for us. Breakfast was amazing. It was freshly prepared every day. I can't thank the staff enough for the great service.

The staff was very accommodating and helpful, especially Jamal, who offered great recommendations. Each morning, a well-curated breakfast was served in different locations within the riad, including the rooftop and by the pool. The rooms feature beautiful decorations and create an lovely experience. I found the riad environment very clean and serene.

The TV in my room did not work . This was a minor inconvenience, as I did not spend much time in the room. I hope the hotel fixes the issue .
